The leader is a figure of strength, preoccupied with organization, with execution and the with the team.  With selfless devotion, interest and knowledge, he exterminates every second thought neglecting the basic necessities of existence.  Offering brave support and putting laws everywhere, he dominates weakness. The Amazon involves itself into the personal orbit of the others and often imposes the rules, the goals and the schedule. However, with any external approach the nucleus reacts.
